Job Duties
- Guide and assist guests in locating available parking spaces
- monitor the parking area to ensure proper use and safety
- provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- collect payment as necessary
- maintain a clean and organized parking area
- report any incidents or suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities
- assist in managing traffic flow within the parking area
- adjust traffic flow and assist any emergency vehicles through the parking lot as needed
