Job Duties
- Monitor parking lot and assist in directing guests to available spots
- monitor safety and security of parking lot and report any issues or concerns to hotel management, security and/or law enforcement as necessary
- collect payment for parking services in compliance with established cash handling and accounting procedures
- maintain cleanliness of the parking lot, collecting and disposing of trash and maintaining and cleaning surfaces
- count bank at end of shift, complete necessary documentation, resolve any discrepancies, and secure bank in accordance with established policies and procedures
- assist guests or refer guests to necessary associates for help with any questions or requests
- follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program
- practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- perform other duties as requested by management
