Job Duties
- Manage parking area and assist guests in finding available parking spaces
- Ensure safety and security of vehicles in the parking lots
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest questions and concerns
- Collect payment for parking as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized parking area
- Report incidents or suspicious activities to appropriate authorities
- Assist in managing and adjusting traffic flow within the parking lot
- Facilitate emergency vehicle access as required
