Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- ability to climb, carry, bend, stoop, and kneel
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- proactive approach to providing assistance
- ability to work collaboratively in a team
- willing to perform duties outside normal job description as needed

Job Duties
- Provide parking instructions, guidance, and assistance to guests as they arrive
- allow or disallow access into parking lots
- provide guests with directions and venue information
- respond promptly and courteously to comments and complaints
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of parking areas to maximize space usage
- direct motorists to parking areas or spaces using hand signals or flashlights
- patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and theft
- calculate parking charges and collect fees
- lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas
- escort customers to their vehicles to ensure safety
