Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- one-year previous guest service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must maintain a well-groomed appearance
- ability to handle cash transactions
- willingness to participate in venue sustainability efforts
- ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- take numbered tags from guests and deliver or help locate vehicles
- keep parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space usage
- direct motorists to parking areas or spaces using hand signals or flashlights
- patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and theft
- greet guests and open car doors
- calculate parking charges and collect fees
- issue ticket stubs or tags for locating parked vehicles
- lift and position barricades to open or close parking areas
- inspect vehicles for damage
- participate in sustainability programs including waste sorting and recycling
- assist in closing the venue by collecting recyclables and storing equipment
- perform other tasks as assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor
