Job Requirements

  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Ability to drive manual (stick shift) and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Availability to work evenings, nights and/or weekends as needed
  • Ability to read and write and comprehend English
  • Good customer service skills
  • Physical capability to perform job duties including lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to comply with company uniform and punctuality policies

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with current address
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Prior valet parking experience preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence in English
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate effectively one-on-one
  • Professional and upbeat customer service attitude
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with American currency
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, speak, hear, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Drive, park and retrieve customers’ vehicles safely and courteously
  • Assist customers with getting in and out of their vehicles
  • Respond to customer questions promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance and wear complete uniform during shifts
  • Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and mark findings on tickets
  • Inform customers of valet rates as needed
  • Report any accidents, safety hazards, policy violations or unusual occurrences to supervisors
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the facility and surrounding area
  • Provide directions to customers when required
  • Observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices
  • Assist supervisors and managers with additional duties as needed
