Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform manual labor

Job Duties

  • Provide direct customer service to parking patrons
  • Perform janitorial duties using supplied cleaning agents and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and maintain pay on foot and pay at exit devices
  • Replace burnt out light bulbs, receipt/ticket rolls, and entrance/exit barriers
  • Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of the parking facility
  • Control and direct traffic during events and high-volume periods
  • Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors
