Job Requirements
- Ability to perform manual labor
- Ability to stand outdoors for long periods

Job Duties
- Provide direct customer service to parking patrons
- Perform janitorial duties using supplied cleaning agents and equipment
- Troubleshoot and maintain pay on foot and pay at exit devices
- Replace burnt out light bulbs, receipt/ticket rolls, and entrance/exit barriers
- Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of the parking facility
- Control and direct traffic during events and high-volume periods
- Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors
