Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years driving experience
Energetic and able to stand, walk, run, and carry up to 50lbs
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken language
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues
Flexible availability for morning and evening shifts

Job Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
Energetic and outgoing personality
Ability to stand, walk, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Friendly and professional approach with guests
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
Prior valet parking experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve self-park vehicles
Inspect each vehicle before taking possession, following company guidelines
Maintain company uniform appearance and provide excellent guest interactions
Stand, walk, and assist with carrying items weighing up to 50lbs
Perform small cleaning, maintenance tasks, or other special projects as requested by management
