Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two years of parking attendant and valet experience
  • Valid driver’s license maintained throughout employment
  • CPR certification obtained within 90 days and maintained
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments including adverse weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two years of parking attendant and valet experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills for balancing cash receipts
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Knowledge of record-keeping procedures and personnel policies

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and maintain oversight of daily parking operations
  • Collaborate with Parking Administrator to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Prepare daily reports and logs documenting shift operations
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and problems
  • Ensure ticketing machines are loaded and operational
  • Perform visual safety and maintenance inspections of parking areas
  • Supervise and lead parking attendant and valet staff
