Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- at least three years of supervisory experience
- experience in event parking and/or gates operations
- forklift certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire
- ability to work evening and weekend shifts regularly
- strong self-motivation
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- ability to work effectively with diverse teams and personalities
Job Qualifications

- at least three years of supervisory experience
- experience in event parking and/or gates operations
- forklift certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire
- experience in event management preferred
- certifications such as CPP preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily parking and gate operations
- engage directly with team members, providing guidance and modeling professionalism, accountability and problem-solving
- train, schedule and supervise part-time staff of parking attendants, gate cashiers and supervisors
- responsible for parking and gate operations during the annual Indiana State Fair
- assist in implementing plans to ensure departmental operations meet goals of excellent guest and employee experience
- assist Associate Director of Parking & Gates in development and implementation of custom parking and gate plans for event weekends and State Fair
- assist with administrative tasks such as payroll and developing and improving operational procedures
- work closely with Safety & Security personnel on event planning, incident reporting and event management
- cross-trained to assist with event safety MOD responsibilities
