Job Requirements

  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as flagging or directing vehicles
  • may be required to bend, push, twist, and pull objects repetitively
  • must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • exposure to outdoor environments and weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, and humidity
  • ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
  • basic reading and comprehension skills
  • ability to follow safety and operational procedures
  • availability to work shifts after 5:00 pm and weekends
  • ability to maintain professionalism and friendly demeanor under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to provide friendly, professional guest service
  • ability to work independently and maintain professionalism at all times
  • comfortable using smartphones or handheld devices for operational tasks (training provided)
  • ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift
  • ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • previous customer service, parking, or hospitality experience preferred
  • six (6) months or more of work experience in a related field preferred
  • valid driver's license (may be required based on site) preferred
  • ability to drive and operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles comfortably preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests using Premium Parking's customer service standards
  • answer customer questions regarding parking rates, directions, payment methods, and general site information
  • assist guests in resolving concerns or complaints in a professional and friendly manner, escalating issues to leadership when appropriate
  • direct and guide vehicles into parking areas using approved flagging and traffic control techniques
  • monitor parking activity to support proper payment and compliance with posted rules
  • observe traffic flow and report congestion, unauthorized parking, or operational concerns
  • support event parking, peak periods, and special operational needs as directed
  • maintain cleanliness and order of the parking area by removing debris and emptying trash receptacles
  • conduct routine walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, vandalism, or equipment issues
  • ensure signage, pay stations, and equipment are clean, visible, functional, and repositioned or updated as directed
  • maintain awareness of surroundings to support a safe environment for guests and team members
  • follow all company safety procedures and immediately report hazards, incidents, security concerns, or equipment issues to supervisory staff
  • adhere to all company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures at all times
  • maintain a professional appearance in full uniform, including name tag
  • communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and guests
  • perform other duties as assigned
