Job Duties
- Provide assistance and information to parking garage users
- Monitor parking facilities to ensure safety and security
- Assist with directing vehicles and managing parking flow
- Report maintenance needs or safety issues to management
- Deliver excellent customer service and address user inquiries
- Ensure compliance with parking rules and regulations
