Job Duties
- Conduct foot patrols to enhance security and increase visibility
- serve as a crossing guard at designated street crossings to ensure pedestrian safety
- act as a greeter in the parking garage to assist with navigation and provide customer support
- station personnel at the loading dock entrance to communicate with delivery drivers and confirm clearance with the dock master via radio
- provide pedestrian safety support while delivering exceptional customer service
- act as a Welcome Ambassador for garage users
- greet and engage with garage users and offer informational assistance
- communicate effectively with garage users regarding parking
- follow safety precautions at all times
