Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license and a clear driving record
  • No moving violations or minor incidents in the past three years
  • No major violations such as DUI in the past five years
  • Able to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Able to run, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Able to safely enter, exit, and drive various vehicles
  • Able to lift, stoop, and perform repetitive motions
  • Must meet the physical requirements of the position and work effectively in an active environment

Job Qualifications

  • Some high school education
  • Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Effective member and guest interaction skills
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
  • Ability to perform required role during emergency situations
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with courtesy
  • Previous valet or hospitality service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience operating manual vehicles preferred

Job Duties

  • Greets and acknowledges members and guests with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assists members and guests entering and exiting vehicles
  • Opens doors as needed
  • Coordinates with valet team to ensure prompt and safe vehicle retrieval
  • Maintains orderly flow of traffic in arrival and departure areas
  • Provides accurate directions and club information as needed
  • Monitors entrances to ensure only authorized persons gain access to the club
  • Issues and collects valet claim tickets accurately
  • Maintains clean, safe, and organized entrances, driveways, and parking areas
  • Attends staff meetings and required training sessions
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
