Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and a clear driving record
- No moving violations or minor incidents in the past three years
- No major violations such as DUI in the past five years
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Able to run, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Able to safely enter, exit, and drive various vehicles
- Able to lift, stoop, and perform repetitive motions
- Must meet the physical requirements of the position and work effectively in an active environment
Job Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions
- Effective member and guest interaction skills
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
- Ability to perform required role during emergency situations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with courtesy
- Previous valet or hospitality service experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience operating manual vehicles preferred
Job Duties
- Greets and acknowledges members and guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Assists members and guests entering and exiting vehicles
- Opens doors as needed
- Coordinates with valet team to ensure prompt and safe vehicle retrieval
- Maintains orderly flow of traffic in arrival and departure areas
- Provides accurate directions and club information as needed
- Monitors entrances to ensure only authorized persons gain access to the club
- Issues and collects valet claim tickets accurately
- Maintains clean, safe, and organized entrances, driveways, and parking areas
- Attends staff meetings and required training sessions
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
