Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- commitment to maintaining company grooming and service standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a similar hospitality or restaurant role is advantageous
- good communication skills
- ability to work effectively within a team
- physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and long periods of standing
- attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Clean and reset tables for service according to department manual standard
- adhere to LPM grooming/service standards and policies
- ensure all dirty china, silver, glasses, etc. go to the dishwasher and are broken down accordingly
- replenish all service items
- silverware, glassware, china, linen, general supplies, food as needed
- ensure proper storage of all service items
- ensure that cream, water and juice service is constantly replenished during the service
- stock jam, butter, and cream cheese for the next service period
- set up breadbasket for next service period
- assist servers in serving guests
- assist servers in pre bussing tables
- serve and replenish water upon guest request
- assist other bus persons when needed
