Job Requirements

  • Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs with assistance
  • Availability to work at least 4 days per week during peak seasons including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Must maintain a high level of trust and integrity
  • Ability to follow safety standards and procedures
  • Willingness to perform assigned duties and operate cleaning equipment safely

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in custodial or guest service roles is a plus
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment properly and safely
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of safety practices and procedures
  • Capability to handle physically demanding tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Sweep the park and the queue lines after every show, mop spills, clean props and trashcans
  • Empty trashcans in assigned areas including restaurants, merchandise stores, attractions, guest walkways and behind the scenes, replace liners, compact and transport trash to disposal
  • Set up and break down for special events including moving and staging tables, barricades, carpets, umbrellas, and signage
  • Operate department-specific equipment such as carpet cleaners, vacuums, water extractors, floor scrubbers, and compactors
  • Understand and follow various venue standard operating procedures
  • Provide extraordinary guest service by answering questions and offering assistance courteously
  • Maintain restroom cleanliness including wiping mirrors, emptying trashcans, cleaning toilets and urinals, mopping floors, restocking toiletries, and reporting maintenance issues
  • Monitor and maintain a safe environment for team members and guests, following company safety policies
  • Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts professionally
  • Maintain composure and integrity to promote a welcoming and secure environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
