Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs with assistance
- Able to work in moderate to high noise levels
- Able to work in various weather conditions including heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather
- Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout the peak seasons, including a rotation of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Previous culinary experience preferred but not required
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Set up stations according to USH restaurant guidelines and restock all items as needed throughout shift
- Prepare orders according to the guest preference using established recipes, portions and methods established by the company in a sanitary and timely manner
- Maintain a clean work area, including the washing of dishes, pots, pans and other kitchen items while following established safety standards and safe food handling guidelines
- Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests
- answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner
- Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the park upheld
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols
- Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere
- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions
- Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages
- Perform other duties as assigned
