Job Requirements
- Basic computer proficiency including email, data entry, and word processing
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- friendly, patient, and compassionate demeanor
- ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- able to work independently and manage time effectively
- prior office or receptionist experience preferred
- familiarity with the Catholic faith and parish life preferred

Job Duties
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- receive and process Mass intention requests
- sort and distribute incoming mail and package deliveries
- greet and assist visitors to the parish office
- maintain up-to-date awareness of parish events and schedules
- perform general clerical duties and administrative tasks as assigned
