Job Requirements
- Paramedic license
- Firefighter II or Basic Operations Firefighter certification
- CPR certified
- 21 years of age
- valid Illinois driver's license
- willingness to complete ACLS and PALS training
- successful completion of pre-employment physical
- drug screen

Job Duties
- Provide medical care and transportation at the EMT-Paramedic level
- respond to fire emergencies and perform firefighting duties
- conduct rescue operations as needed
- maintain equipment and vehicles
- comply with Illinois Department of Public Health and EMS Commission regulations
- participate in training and professional development
- complete necessary documentation and reports
