Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Texas-licensed paramedic / EMT-P
- CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Valid TX driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and deliver excellent patient care
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed
- Must pass background, drug and alcohol screening
- Protocol certification from Medical Director within 30 days

Job Duties
- Assess, stabilize, and provide lifesaving interventions in emergency and non-emergency situations
- Deliver safe, compassionate care during transport
- Administer medications, perform advanced airway management, and utilize all tools in your scope
- Relay critical information to hospitals and follow Medical Director protocols
- Provide clear, accurate ePCR documentation
- Maintain ambulance readiness, equipment safety, and cleanliness
- Perform minor equipment troubleshooting and report mechanical issues
- Work closely with your partner, supervisors, and system leadership to ensure smooth operations
