Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- NJ or National Registry Paramedic
- Basic Life Support CPR
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support AHA
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support AHA
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence that meets RWJBarnabas Health standards
- HAZMAT and CBRNE awareness
- ICS 100, 200, and NIMS 700 and 800 certifications
- Minimum 2 years MICP field experience within RWJBarnabas Health

Job Duties
- Educate and onboard new Mobile Intensive Care Paramedic employees on advanced life support 9-1-1 units
- Provide hands-on field training and mentorship to new paramedics
- Ensure adherence to RWJBarnabas Health EMS protocols and standards
- Evaluate the progress and competencies of trainees
- Collaborate with EMS leadership to improve training programs
- Maintain documentation related to training activities
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with EMS best practices
