Job Description
Trans-Care is a distinguished company committed to delivering exceptional customer service within the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) industry. Unlike many organizations that solely consider patients as customers, Trans-Care broadens this definition to include not only the patients but also the individuals who coordinate and assist in transporting patients. This comprehensive customer-centric approach ensures top-quality service not only during ambulance rides but also extends to telephone support, scheduling software, and collaborative partnerships with healthcare providers and facilities. By fostering a culture deeply rooted in exemplary customer service, Trans-Care continuously elevates the standards of emergency medical transportation and patient care.
