Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in inventory control or retail replenishment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass federal criminal background and Paradies Lagardere background checks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment under fast-paced conditions
Job Qualifications
- Display a consistent sense of urgency
- Able to prioritize and handle several projects at once
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team oriented environment including weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardere Background Check
- Experience with computer work and physical tasks such as heavy lifting up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods, climb, and bend without difficulty
Job Duties
- Maintaining and delivering stock to various locations throughout the day
- Pulling reports and filling orders to ensure merchandise levels are adequately maintained at all times
- Provide best customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution
