Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Food and beverage experience preferred but not required
- ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of math and cash handling procedures
- Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety laws
- Ability to maintain a professional company image including grooming and uniform standards
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Create and serve tea, coffee, and espresso drinks according to established standards
- Greet guests warmly and take orders promptly within 30 seconds
- Operate coffee making equipment including dismantling and cleaning machinery
- Accurately process payments using point-of-sale systems and adhere to cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dish duties
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, involving management as needed
- Assist with training new team members and support other restaurant areas such as seating and answering telephones
