Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to operate coffee making equipment and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

- Ability to operate coffee machinery and point-of-sale terminals

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests within 30 seconds of entry
- Take drink and food orders promptly
- Operate coffee making equipment including dismantling and cleaning machinery
- Prepare and present beverages according to recipe and presentation standards
- Accurately total, process, and collect payments using point-of-sale systems
- Handle money, process credit and debit cards, and make change complying with cash handling procedures
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and product offerings to enthusiastically assist guests
