Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to perform duties of all restaurant positions including delivery
  • Ability to lead a team independently
  • Bilingual in certain markets
  • Must be able to work long and unscheduled hours
  • Must pass background check

  • Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure quality products and customer service

  • Train and communicate quality standards to team members
  • Maintain adequate staffing and coach team members for performance
  • Contribute to sales goals through customer service and upselling
  • Manage cash, inventory, and ensure safety and cleanliness
