Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work long, scheduled or unscheduled hours including nights, weekends and emergencies
  • Ability to perform job duties of all restaurant positions including pizza delivery
  • Ability to lead a team during shifts without supervision
  • Ability to use phones, computers, fax machines and copiers
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, use hands repetitively, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions including noise, temperature changes, and exposure to chemicals

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Successful and stable employment history
  • Strong operational skills in restaurant environment
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage cash and inventory
  • Familiarity with safety and security regulations
  • Proficiency in using company systems like FOCUS
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Bilingual skills beneficial in certain markets

Job Duties

  • Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service
  • Manage operations including execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns or issues
  • Solicit and share customer feedback with team to improve operations and build brand loyalty
  • Train and promote quality standards using company resources
  • Maintain adequate shift staffing levels and train team members
  • Coach team members for improved performance
  • Build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun
  • Contribute to sales goals through customer service and sales execution
  • Manage profit goals using FOCUS System and perform cash management duties
  • Control inventory levels to minimize loss
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety and organization
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security standards
  • Ability to perform all job duties including pizza delivery
  • Lead team effectively without supervision
