Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist the GM in daily operations and overall restaurant performance
  • Maintain company policies, procedures, safety standards, and legal compliance
  • Help build a strong system of quality control for every product served
  • Respond quickly to customer concerns and use feedback to improve operations
  • Recruit, train, and motivate team members to exceed customer expectations
  • Create a fun, team-driven work environment
  • Help manage labor, food costs, and controllable expenses
  • Protect assets by keeping the restaurant clean, well-stocked, and properly maintained
