Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Assist the GM in daily operations and overall restaurant performance
- Maintain company policies, procedures, safety standards, and legal compliance
- Help build a strong system of quality control for every product served
- Respond quickly to customer concerns and use feedback to improve operations
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members to exceed customer expectations
- Create a fun, team-driven work environment
- Help manage labor, food costs, and controllable expenses
- Protect assets by keeping the restaurant clean, well-stocked, and properly maintained
