Job Requirements
- 16 years of age or older
- Positive attitude and dependability
- Weekend availability
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take and process orders accurately using the menu and ordering system
- Suggest menu items and answer guest questions knowledgeably
- Prepare and present food according to company standards
- Operate restaurant equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with opening and closing duties including cash handling
- Support team members and assist in training new hires
- Manage shift operations and team scheduling as a shift leader
