Job Duties
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods
- Break down goods and clean all equipment and areas
- Return equipment to proper locations
- Lock refrigerators, turn off lights, and secure doors
- Restock items and maintain work areas
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the day following clean-as-you-go procedures
