Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in food systems
  • ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Duties

  • Maintain product inventory to established levels
  • day to day support of all fronts of the house and micro kitchen activities
  • maintain contracted coffee program
  • recognize products
  • accurately restock and rotate products
  • smile, greet, and serve customers, making them feel welcome
  • complete necessary HACCP to ensure safe temperature control
  • display merchandise in an attractive manner
  • maintain all micro kitchen areas in a neat, clean, and attractive manner
  • label and display signs for all items
  • other duties as assigned by management
  • must follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents
  • ensure that all micro kitchens are restocked with adequate product throughout the day
