Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a fast paced kitchen environment
  • understanding of basic kitchen brigade system
  • ability to follow recipes accurately
  • strong communication skills
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties

  • Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • follows recipes, creates consistent products, and presentation specifications as set by the chef
  • preps, labels and restocks all items as needed throughout the shift
  • cleans and maintains station while practicing exceptional safety and organizational skills
  • assists with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and storage areas
  • ensures item pars are prepped for following service
  • able to multi task on the line and take ownership of the station
  • performs additional responsibilities as requested by management and chefs
