Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- two years experience in non-profit environment
- demonstrated proficiency in customer service
- basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
- willing to work occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Safe Serve certified

Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of pantry operations and support in-kind inventory for all programs
- order food for pantry and monitor nutritional content
- track inventory and receive daily deliveries
- keep budget for food ordered and track data and statistics
- provide courteous service to all guests and demonstrate empathy
- actively engage and encourage volunteers including scheduling and role determination
- assist in daily food receiving, sorting, and coordinating to dining services
- ensure all areas are clean and organized according to Safe Serve and Health Department licensing
- ensure proper registration of all individuals and families
- manage confidentiality of participant data and provide monthly reports
- operate manual equipment
- perform other assigned duties
- participate in in-service training
