Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in non-profit environment
- demonstrated proficiency in customer service
- basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
- must be willing to work occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Safe Serve certified

Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of pantry program operations and support in-kind inventory for all programs
- order food for pantry, monitor nutritional content, track inventory, receive daily deliveries, keep budget for foods ordered, track all data requirements and statistic details
- provide courteous service to all guests and demonstrate empathy
- actively engage and encourage volunteers, schedule drivers for fresh rescue program, determine volunteer roles daily, consider short and long-term volunteer roles, engage in volunteer recognition
- assist in daily receiving, sorting, and coordinating food to dining services
- ensure pantry, office space, and storage room are clean, well organized and meet Safe Serve standards and health department licensing
- ensure proper registration of individuals and families
- manage and maintain confidentiality of participant data input and provide monthly statistics report to director
- operate manual equipment
- perform other duties as assigned
- participate in in-service training
