Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of relevant culinary experience
  • Ability to work full availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to cover AM and PM shifts
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Good physical stamina for kitchen duties
  • Prior experience in Garde Manger preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years culinary experience
  • Strong understanding of cooking temperatures
  • Solid knife skills
  • Experience in high-volume production kitchens
  • Prior Garde Manger experience preferred
  • Demonstrated passion for developing culinary skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Set up and perform preparation work for food items including soups, sauces, salads, etc.
  • Stock and maintain designated food stations
  • Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times
  • Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Assist in preparing food for the kitchen team to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability
  • Support high-volume kitchen production with efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with culinary team members in a team-oriented environment
