Job Requirements
- Full availability including weekdays weekends and holidays
- flexibility to cover AM and PM shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods
- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen
- prior culinary experience required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience
- strong understanding of cooking temperatures
- solid knife skills
- experience working in high-volume production kitchens
- prior Garde Manger experience preferred
- team-oriented mindset
- genuine passion for developing culinary skills and advancing career
Job Duties
- Set up and perform preparation work for food items including soups sauces salads etc
- stock and maintain designated food stations
- maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times
- practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal state local and company regulations
- assist in food preparation to support kitchen staff
- ensure all food products meet quality standards
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
