Job Requirements

Full availability including weekdays weekends and holidays
flexibility to cover AM and PM shifts
ability to stand for extended periods
compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen
prior culinary experience required

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience
strong understanding of cooking temperatures
solid knife skills
experience working in high-volume production kitchens
prior Garde Manger experience preferred
team-oriented mindset
genuine passion for developing culinary skills and advancing career

Job Duties

Set up and perform preparation work for food items including soups sauces salads etc
stock and maintain designated food stations
maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times
practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal state local and company regulations
assist in food preparation to support kitchen staff
ensure all food products meet quality standards
collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
