Job Requirements

  • Full availability including weekdays weekends and holidays
  • flexibility to cover AM and PM shifts
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen
  • prior culinary experience required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience
  • strong understanding of cooking temperatures
  • solid knife skills
  • experience working in high-volume production kitchens
  • prior Garde Manger experience preferred
  • team-oriented mindset
  • genuine passion for developing culinary skills and advancing career

Job Duties

  • Set up and perform preparation work for food items including soups sauces salads etc
  • stock and maintain designated food stations
  • maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times
  • practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal state local and company regulations
  • assist in food preparation to support kitchen staff
  • ensure all food products meet quality standards
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
