Job Requirements
- Responsible to report to work on time in a clean uniform on scheduled days with proper tools
- Completely responsible for entire set-up of station mise en place
- Communicate to Supervisor any potential problems or concerns appropriately
- Perform job duties in accordance with club policies, procedures, and standards
- Maintain station in a healthy, neat, safe and clean environment by utilizing proper handling and storage procedures
- Responsible for entire set-up of cold breakfast mise en place
- Ensure freshness and quality of all food products
- Responsible for food allocated to station for restaurant and room service menu
- Assist in banquet preparation and pickup when requested
- Produce finest quality products with positive attitude
- Assist colleagues when in need
- Responsible for proper rotation of food and breakdown of station
- Inventory and prepare all salad dressings
- Responsible for proper equipment usage in compliance with Club rules
- Communicate with coworkers on shift problems or concerns
- Attend pre-shift where Sous Chef conveys relevant Club information
- Handle and produce specialty and basic domestic lettuces for entire kitchen
- Clean line coolers and maintain cleanliness of coolers and area
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a pantry cook or in a similar cold kitchen role
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic culinary education or relevant certification preferred
Job Duties

- Communicate potential problems to Supervisor timely
- Perform job duties according to club policies and standards
- Maintain a healthy, neat, safe and clean station by proper handling and storage of mise en place
- Set up cold breakfast mise en place
- Ensure freshness and quality of all food products
- Handle food allocated to station for restaurant and room service menu
- Assist in banquet preparation and pickup when requested
- Produce the finest quality product with a positive attitude
- Assist colleagues in need of help
- Rotate food properly and break down station
- Inventory and prepare all salad dressings
- Use equipment properly per Club rules
- Communicate shift problems with coworkers
- Attend pre-shift meetings with Sous Chef
- Handle and produce specialty and basic domestic lettuces
- Clean and maintain line coolers and surrounding areas
