Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum one year experience in a restaurant back of house kitchen environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must maintain personal hygiene and wear clean uniforms consistently

- Ability to accurately perform measurement conversions
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays

- Willingness to learn and complete training programs
- Preferred: SERV Safe certification
Job Duties
- Report to work on time and maintain the pantry station as scheduled
- Prepare vegetables for salads and portion and plate salads and desserts according to standards
- Complete all station closing duties and assist with kitchen cleanliness
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards in the work area
- Foster a team-oriented environment and deliver high-level guest service
- Rotate and restock pantry items and assist with food preparation
- Set up pantry station and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food preparation
