Job Duties

  • report to work as indicated on the work schedule
  • be in correct uniform and practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits
  • obtain station assignment and perform opening and closing duties as directed
  • maintain highest degree of sanitation and food safety
  • assist kitchen personnel in food preparation and sidework
  • prep and cook food according to company recipes and standards
  • check stock levels prior to shift and communicate discrepancies
  • season, cook and plate all side station food products
  • coordinate with broiler cook for timely service
  • restock food items and supplies throughout shift
  • adhere to safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions
  • work nights, weekends and holidays as required
