Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
  • Current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal state or local law
  • Basic knowledge of food and restaurant service skills including all phases of food production and service such as storage rotation food preparation recipe adherence plate presentation service and production time adherence
  • Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
  • Ability to lift and or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to bend stoop and kneel frequently
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to maneuver kitchen equipment including hand cart blenders knives slices wine keys and other tools listed in training manual
  • Scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of food and restaurant service skills including all phases of food production and service such as storage rotation food preparation recipe adherence plate presentation service and production time adherence
  • Current food handler’s card and other certifications as required by federal state or local law
  • One or more years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Create a relaxed destination by actively participating in a team environment demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills
  • Set the course by possessing complete knowledge and ensuring timely execution of all food menus and recipes including ingredients preparation methods and presentation
  • Build the perfect oasis by practicing the preparation of cold foods such as salads dressings appetizers and dessert
  • Support your crew by ensuring safety cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
  • Perform other duties as required to support the business
  • Maintain adherence to food safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with front of house team to enhance guest dining experience
