- ability to maintain speed and accuracy in fast-paced settings
- understanding of sanitation and safety standards
- strong teamwork and communication skills

- culinary school training preferred
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a pantry cook, Garde Manger, or related culinary role
- strong knowledge of cold food preparation, ingredients, and plating techniques
- ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with industry best practices
- culinary school training is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble cold dishes, salads, dressings, and appetizers
- ensure all pantry ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for service
- follow recipes and plating instructions to maintain consistent quality
- support the culinary team by preparing ingredients and mise en place for service
- maintain a clean and organized pantry station, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
- monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- collaborate professionally with coworkers and contribute to a positive kitchen environment
