Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
- Current food handler's card and required certifications
- Basic knowledge of food and restaurant service skills including all phases of food production and service
- Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Capability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
- Ability to stand for the duration of a shift
- Ability to use hand cart, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other kitchen tools as listed in training manual
- Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Actively participate in a team environment demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills to promote culinary success
- Possess complete knowledge and ensure timely execution of all food menus and recipes including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
- Practice the preparation of cold foods such as salads, dressings, appetizers, and dessert
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
- Support crew members and teamwork to achieve organizational goals
