Job Requirements
- Passion for food and delivering an exceptional dining experience
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in kitchen preparation and/or cooking preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly with managers and team members
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 9 hours)

Job Duties
- Provide genuine, high-quality hospitality in a timely manner
- Ensure guests feel welcome, valued, and cared for
- Prepare a variety of pastry and food items, including desserts, appetizers, side dishes, and select entree components
- Assume full responsibility for the quality and consistency of all products served
- Follow standard portion sizes, recipes, cooking methods, and quality standards
- Maintain adequate stock levels at assigned stations to ensure smooth service
- Keep workstations clean and sanitary, including tables, ovens, fryers, ranges, and refrigeration equipment
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish standards
- Handle, store, label, and rotate products according to food safety guidelines
- Assist with food preparation during off-peak periods as needed
- Properly close kitchen stations and complete all closing checklists
- Support team members in kitchen closing procedures
- Adhere to all company safety, sanitation, and health policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
