Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to handle knives and kitchen equipment safely
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to follow detailed recipes and presentation guidelines

Job Qualifications

Previous kitchen or pantry experience preferred
basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
ability to follow instructions precisely
effective communication skills
ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

Ability to handle knives and to operate kitchen equipment
follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
prepare portions and food items and stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
