Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs or more
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic food safety knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication skills

- Previous kitchen experience is a plus
- Servsafe certification is a plus
- Ability to follow recipes and kitchen instructions

Job Duties
- Maintain clean sanitary and organized work area
- Prepare all food items cold and hot according to Chef's recipes and techniques
- Complete meal prep activities before guests arrive including chopping stocking and storing back up items
- Perform proper plating including portions temperatures and garnishment
- Communicate well with team members and supervisors in a potentially noisy environment
- Multitask prioritize in a fast paced environment stand for long periods lift carry 25 lbs or more
- Assist with storage of ingredients for maintaining freshness reducing waste abide by food code regulations
- Assist Chef with inventory
- Clean sanitize work station equipment refrigerators storage areas and floors at the end of shift
