Job Duties
- Ability to handle knives and to operate kitchen equipment
- Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
- Prepare portions and food items and stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Ensure all food safety standards are met
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff
