Job Duties

  • Ability to handle knives and to operate kitchen equipment
  • Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
  • Prepare portions and food items and stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry area
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Ensure all food safety standards are met
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff
