Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a food preparation or kitchen role preferred
- strong knife skills
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a pantry cook, garde manger, or related kitchen role preferred
- strong knife skills and attention to food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- ability to follow recipes and plating guides with consistency and efficiency
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare all pantry station items according to recipe and presentation standards
- maintain freshness, flavor, and appearance of all cold menu items
- execute mise en place, including slicing fruits and vegetables, preparing dressings, and portioning ingredients
- set up and break down the pantry station daily in a clean, organized, and efficient manner
- ensure all food is properly labeled, dated, and stored to health code standards
- collaborate with the BOH team to ensure timely, accurate food production
- always follow food safety and sanitation standards
- assist with daily prep tasks and support other stations when needed
- execute Chef or Sous Chef-assigned tasks with precision and professionalism
