Job Duties
- Prepare and plate salads, antipasti, cold appetizers, and dessert components
- maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout service
- uphold high standards for quality, consistency, and presentation
- assist with prep work and support the line when needed
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- communicate effectively with chefs and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
