- 2 years experience in non-profit environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer service
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be willing to work occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Safe Serve certified

Job Duties
- Coordinates all aspects of pantry operations including food ordering, inventory tracking, and data management
- Provides courteous and empathetic service to pantry guests
- Engages and schedules volunteers for various pantry functions including fresh rescue drivers
- Assists with receiving, sorting, and coordinating food distribution to dining services
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of pantry and storage areas according to Safe Serve and health standards
- Ensures proper registration of pantry individuals and families
- Manages confidential participant data and prepares monthly statistics reports
