Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift handle and carry food smallwares equipment and supplies weighing at least 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours
  • Must be able to frequently bend kneel stoop reach and squat to receive and store stock and to work the line during service
  • Effective communication and attentive listening skills are necessary for interactions with supervisors team members vendors and guests
  • Ability to taste and distinguish between flavors spices and temperatures

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a pantry or cold-side kitchen role fine dining is preferred
  • Strong knife skills and keen eye for presentation details
  • Ability to follow recipes and plating instructions accurately
  • Organized clean and efficient work habits
  • Dependable team-focused attitude and passion for culinary excellence

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of cold dishes including salads appetizers desserts and garnishes with precision
  • Follow standardized recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all items for guest orders
  • Maintain a clean organized and sanitized workstation throughout service
  • Assist with food prep restocking supplies and closing duties as needed
