Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift handle and carry food smallwares equipment and supplies weighing at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours
- Must be able to frequently bend kneel stoop reach and squat to receive and store stock and to work the line during service
- Effective communication and attentive listening skills are necessary for interactions with supervisors team members vendors and guests
- Ability to taste and distinguish between flavors spices and temperatures
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a pantry or cold-side kitchen role fine dining is preferred
- Strong knife skills and keen eye for presentation details
- Ability to follow recipes and plating instructions accurately
- Organized clean and efficient work habits
- Dependable team-focused attitude and passion for culinary excellence
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of cold dishes including salads appetizers desserts and garnishes with precision
- Follow standardized recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all items for guest orders
- Maintain a clean organized and sanitized workstation throughout service
- Assist with food prep restocking supplies and closing duties as needed
